so im looking for a LENGTH OF TIME of how long i will lose 10-15 lbs. ((some peopel think length of time means to say drink plenty of water or someother added commentary on my lifestyle))
heres what im going to do.
3-4 times a week im going to run for 30 minutes, 2 days ill do strength training before summer school. after summer school ill do anywhere from 1 to 2 cardio dvds( probably adding up to 50-65 minutes) then a toning one. my meal plans will look like
breakfeast: either kashi golean cereal, shreded wheat cereal, or eggs or a protein shake.
snack (i need one... in summer school my stomache is ravenous by 9) either sugar free jello (10 cals), yogurt, or an avocado. or maybe a sb diet bar.
lunch: probably bocca burger patty (no bun) and some veggies
snack: probably a fruit
dinner: salad and/or veggies and/or beans.
throughout the day i also drink a wheatgrass,spinach, greens drink.
