but is supporting you financially and its kinda hard to get a job? am sorry but i think am being a lil helpless but i cant get to decide coz i have a kid to raise....

first, get a job. no matter how hopeless it might seem. Ask help from your family, they'll help you for sure with some of the obligations like offer you temporary shelter, your kid's needs and any other immediate things you need until you can live on your own. then find a good lawyer who can help with the legal separation and of course, child support and the like. from your situation right now, i think it's better if you find a job first then make meetings with a lawyer as discreet as possible. then when you think you are strong in all aspects (financially, physically..,etc), surprise him with the separation.

First of all get some quick training for a job. Try secretarial or Certified nurses aid, etc.
He will have to pay child support if you have his child. If you don't want to be with him, try a shelter. Not much of a life, but staff will help you get on your feet.

Do it on your own. We've all been there. You can do it. You're as capable as any man. Your kid will learn to respect you. Don't let that be your excuse. You don't want your kid thinking he's/she's holding you back. Recruit family and friends to help with your kiddo. Good luck.

Just been there done it.....its called centerlink and a good lawyer.
As for his lies...once a liar always a liar but the lies will not get smaller just Bigger and BIgger and BIGger and BIGGer and BIGGEr and BIGGER............they will not stop.
GET OUT NOW for the sake of the kids otherwise history will repeat on them.................take help from friends and family.
I know its scary but you deserve so much better.
