It seems to me like there are a lot of morons that post questions here hoping to find some other moron that will give an answer that that fits their screwed up world-view. It really makes me wonder if 'yahoo-answers" is worth anything. Anyone else notice this sort of thing? (Feel free to give examples).

LOL - Okay, like in the 'real' world there are a variety of people. I've found that here on Y!A its the same. The quiet viewers will answer questions only if they may know the answer or feel compelled to. Where as the free spirited ones will answer anything =) Same goes with the questions. I've had some wonderful responses to my questions from emails rather than postings and I thank them for their kindness.

hech yeah!!! there are two types of morons here!!
#1 those who ask questions and answer thier own questions only to make others look bad or just to insult thier beliefs or what ever the subject may be.
#2 those who answer the questions also by insulting other people.
in both cases people ae here to piss others off and feel free to run thier mouth with out gettin beat up LOL!!
yahoo answers is a way for cowards to run thier mouth thats all it is.
i personally will try to find a better forum where people are not 11 years old!!!
just my two cents!
thank u.

I think it's more than that. I think there's a lot of idiots just trying to ask the most outrageous question. If I thought a lot of these questions were actually serious, I would be extremely concerned about the future of our world.

Hey Eric, we're on the same wavelength about that. One thing I try to avoid doing is reading the other answers to questions that I have answered and avoid most trash questions, unless i think someone deserves to hear some scolding. I encountered a Brit who was asking some revolting questions and I let him know what I thought about it and he sent some nasty e-mails til I told him to take a hike.

I think the world is full of unsure people. Ok you arent one of them. Yahoo gave them this forum and they have the right to use it without being told how stupid they are. If you think they are stupid, just answer each one telling them what you think of them. Good luck finding many friends after that.

I'm just doing it to rile the bible beaters. In a way, I'm providing a service to them, by allowing them to take out their frustration on my inane questions. My laughing my @$$ off at them is just an added bonus.
