Well lets take a logical look at this.
If [Brazil] [Not] [Win] or [draw]
The use of [or] implies that for this statement to be true
either brazil lose's the game or the game is a draw. Since a draw is impossible in the round of 16, Brazil must lose the game.
Thus Ghana must win.

Brazil 2-0 Ghana
This a great moment , a match for the African country (the only one) to meet brazil in this 2nd round. Surprises, and a lot of surprises for Ghana fans hoping their team can win against Brazil. Why not, but lack of experience in the World Cup, i think they should try another time.
For Brazil, a small wining is enough for them, as we saw so far, Brazil is a team that will not score a load of goals. As long as they have a small winning , it would be enough.
If Brazil cannot win or draw, Can Ghana win ? Of coz maa, why you have to put can, since Brazil cannot win or draw.

if Brazil cannot win, quite obviously, Ghana will win. If Brazil cannot draw, then Ghana cannot win because surely, Brazil will beat Ghana.

Well by experience Brazil has a better chance of winning, but Ghana will give them a fight of their life, it will be a pretty close match. Ghana has shown real effort and enthusiasm Good Luck Ghana, but I'm rooting for my favourite team "Brazil". Ole, Ole, Ole, Ole Brasil, Brasil!.

this is not finding good for Ghana, Brazil is damn good, yet i individually wish Ghana will win, soooooooo unwell of Brazil, we desire a clean champion :) of course i might like it to be Ukraine, yet i'm a realist, so Germany will do :)

quite literally, YES! but the pedigree of Brasil is just too much to be taken-over by newcomer Ghana. it will be a huge upset if it does happen.
