I've had three or four panic attacks and I've visited the doctor three times and the ER once. They told me that I have anxiety. The doctor I met with in the ER prescribed me to Xanax. The doctor I visit these days prescribed me to Lexapro (5 mg a day) and I haven't taken it. I also recently had a physical and it came back with full positive results. I often have feelings like I can't breathe and I struggle to breathe and I feel dizzy. This comes and goes. Is this more serious than what the doctors tell me? I don't have a family history of anything bad (minus high blood pressure on my mom's side) and I eat healthy and excersize and I'm not obese. Although I have had athsma when I was very young. When I think about it I get nervous and aggitated. Stress as I know, is bad for you. I tend to confuse heart malfunctions and stress and anxiety as being the same thing, but are they?

Th is sounds strange.?

I know this sounds odd but I just woke up and found little white worms in my living room and I knew right away that they were magets I opened my door and they are everywhere we are getting very heavy rain here and they are all in the puddles I just wanted to know how can I kill them.

What do you think about it?

burning cds?

how do you burn cds and dvds i have a basic understanding it means to copy but i am still a little new to computers and so i've tried with windows media player but i get nowhere.
i also tried with winamp if i could have it explained to me how to actually burn i think i would be alright.
well hopefully i do try!

How can I treat my bird's injured wing?

I own a white dove and she's staying with my aunt over at another country, when I last visited her, her left wing was bitten by the neighbours' dog, its bleeding and she can't fly properly, we don't have a vet in the area so how can I treat it?

(extra details)We leave our dove around the garden, she never flys away and she only eats from our birdfeeder so she's always walking around the yard, after she has been bitten she always stays inside her cage like never before(we use the cage as a pet voyager), please help me.
