the load is a speaker line of max load of 200W. i want to power it with two 120W amplifiers.

the output of the amp dose not have to equill the out of the speaker, infact its safer if the amp has a lower output
therefore I would just use one of your amps
If your want it louder get two speakers, one per amplifier

YOU CANT both amps put out 120 then all you will get is 120 plus if one amp dips then it will receive a surge from the other who ever told you this is possible is wrong.
