some of my dishes i use a whole chicken (fresh not frozen) that's been cut into about 15 pieces (i may only use half of it & the other half i would freeze them) & there r some other dishes that i only use breast meat cut into medium cubes. i would coat the cut chicken in ground turmeric & mildly rinse it out. finally if i'm going to freeze them i would rub 1 tbsp of fresh ground ginger & garlic all around them. i always have ground ginger & garlic frozen & some in the fridge as i use them regularly. i suppose this method goes well with asian, indian, chinese cookng. =)

remove the feathers, then cut it to ur desired choice, wash it n u start to cook ,but don't 4get 2 put ur ingredients.
