there is never a draw after the group phase of 32 teams
if there is, there is a break after the regular 90 min + stoppage time
then, there are two periods of 15 mins each that are played (no break between them)
if the game is still tied, the best of 5 penalties
if then it's tied, sudden penalty kicks death

Than they will go into "sudden death", this is when they will play continously play for 15 mins, if no goals are scored within this 15 mins, then another 15 mins will be added until that goal comes along.
A goal that is scored in "sudden death" is called the "Golden Goal". there isnt any Golden Goals in this WC yet but there was one in last WC during the Korea Republic VS Italy game when Ahn Jung Hwan outjumped legendary Italian defender Paolo Maldini to head his side’s golden goal.

They play 15 more minutes and after that 15 minutes is up, then they go to penalty shots. Each team gets five penalty shots and the team with more goals... wins! Naturally.

as faith c said. 15 minitues each way and then PSO. If a goal is scored during extra time, the game stops and the game is won under Golden Goal

the rule changed for this world cup, no sudden death or golden goals. that sucks. the first team good enough to score should win.

(1) additional time 2 x 15 minutes, like Portugal vs. Holland
(2) penalty kick, until one team has one point more

I think "Golden Goal" (playing normal game until one team wins) is not allowed in this world cup...
