I don't think it is possible to fold a piece of paper that many times, no matter the size.

the answer is 2 raise to 100 times its original thickness in mathemathical equation that would be (2x^y100)x(original thickness)

IF you could fold it 100 times it would be 10240 times thicker than it was unfolded,but that's only "IF" you could it that many times.
