In my area the property value has skyrocketed in the past year or so. A friend bought his 1400 sq. ft. home for $130,000 three years ago, today it is worth $300,000.

Will this top off and property values head back down?

There is a lot of building going on around here, because of this I think the values will continue going up, so I want to buy now, but don't want to lose my shirt when/if the property values go down.

I know this sounds silly asking, but to me it would mean a lot to get an answer, I cant really go to the source for this, (for odd reasons). This guy I like (I heard he likes me too) last I talked to him (after we saw eachother I called him), before we hung up, I said"I'm gonna let you go" and he said" well it was nice seeing you" what does that mean? My car alarm has a mind of its own... its on a 2003 celica. If I use my remote feature to lock my doors, my alarm will sometimes just go off randomly... I dont know what to do with it because I dont know what could be causing it. Does anyone know what could be causing this?? It gets very annoying running back and forth out of work, restaurants, the movies, etc. to go turn it off. Serious answers please!
