Yahoo horoscope says scorpio but when i go to the magazines horoscope it says libra. Which one is right?

I always have said Libra not Scorpio. I consider myself a Libra not a Scorpio.

To know for sure, you should have your natal chart done. You can get a basic chart done for free at Astrology Source (see link below). Since you're so close to the cusp (the sign changes on October 22nd or 23rd each year), it will be very important for you to know (and input) the **exact** time (really, down to the minute) and location of your birth.
Chances are pretty good that you're a Scorp (the sign change occurs more often on the 22nd than the 23rd [I think]), but no matter what your actual sun sign, you'll still have strong influences from the other (adjacent) sign.

i am sure that you are on the cusp, so you really have the best of both worlds! When you read your horoscope for now, i would pay attention to both libra and scorpio, and watch what is going on. My sister is born on Mar.21, and she is in a similar predicament to you. Sydney Omarr, who is a great astrologist, has a book out and, according to him, you are the first day of Scorpio. Technically you'd have to go by your birth year and time you were born to know for sure but you probably have characteristics of both. I am Oct 24 and I still read both scorpio and libra horoscopes. Most astrology books have charts so you can pinpoint exactly where the sun was the moment you were born. I would definitely suggest getting your chart done...there are some free sites that will do it for you.

Just like myself (oct25) You are very early Scorpio, you were born on what is known as the Scorpio-Libra cusp. People born on the cusp Oct 21 to Oct 25, are supposed to have characteristics of both.
