Anyone else used to love Sugar Puffs but think they've now been totally ruined by Nestle reducing the sugar content?

I'm tempted to buy a supermarket own brand cereal now to see if they taste any better.

Honestly this healthiness crap is getting out of hand - whats the point of calling something "Sugar" if theres not much sugar in it? It's not as if we aren't aware there's a high sugar content!

Might as well call them Sweetner Puffs now!! XD

It was about a girl who survives a disaster alone. I think her name is Cassandra. Her family has a completely equipped survival shelter in the basement of their house, and she makes it into that shelter. She is exceptionally intelligent. The shelter is filled with books and anything else she would need to survive.

I thought it was by David Brin, but have not been able to find it. I would appreciate any help you can give me, the name of the book or a site that might help me find it.

I stated earlier a rape question and now I am seeing that there maybe some possible rape victims here needing help. Let me help you with some facts and advice.
1) It is not your fault. Do not feel guilty or any regret after it happens. You are the victim, you are the one who needs help.
2) Do not take a bath or shower after it happens. This destroys evidence and the chill of the water may trigger shock.
3) Go immediately to a hospital, clinic or rape victim center. Do not wait till the next day, go immediately. If you do not want to tell your parents or family for what ever reason it’s ok, these places will maintain it confidential by law.
4) Do not try to protect your rapist. I know it will feel extremely embarrassing but by protecting your rapist you are giving him the chance to do this again.
