I shutdown my Zone Labs firewall, too, but that did not help. I need to see this pop-up. I turned off the pop-up blocker in IE.

Hold down CTRL while clicking the link that brings up the pop-up. Usually that disables any pop-up blocking that might be transparent to you.

You click on view and then toolbar. Any of the pop-up blockers which have examine marks next to them are operating and those with out examine marks (if any) are disabled. you need to click on those with examine marks to disable them.

If you have a Yahoo! Toolbar, To un-block something you press ctrl

check to see if you have a 3rd party toolbar, like yahoo, google, or AIM installed. those usually have popup blockers too, you can turn those off.

it is prie because of the yahoo toolbar pop up blocker you must delete it and thene you will get your pop up.
