Why would you want to? Don't you love her just as she is? If you wanted a more intellectually developed wife you should have married one.

Dont look down on the people,especially the one who close to you.She has her way of intellectual.She cooks well?She tidy up the house well?If she has a job,working for your family,this question might be from her.
She wasn't very intellectual on your way, but she might caught the mood of the times.So you are with her,right?

You have to train her like you would a puppy.
If she spills in the kitchen, rub her nose in it, and say bad....bad...
If she is late coming home from work, take her paycheck away
If she interupts your game, use the boot to *** method.

ask her to read a lot, and watch tv and such stuffs.her brain should also be ina receptive mood to take in all that u give her!
