what I cant understand is why do minorities think they have it so bad. You can have colledge programs, socities and many other things all to your self. You can use affermative action to get jobs and other things. Schools and businsses are forced to hire a certin ammount of you wether you are more qualified than a white man or not. White people have it worse than any. Dont get me wrong I dont belive whites should get more than minorities but I dont think you should get more than us either. That is as raciest as you can be. I belive if you want to be treated diffrent and need to be hired more than me and have me give you things that is fine all you have to do is admite I am better than you, but if you want to be treated equal that is fine too but we will be 100% equal with none of this racisim crap.

My boyfriend [soon ex-boyfriend] is a wonderful guy, and seems pretty into me. Yet I have decided to break up with him; I'm tired of him, and I am absolutely sure I need to.

The thing is, I can't do it for the next there days [I'm busy], and the only other chance I get is in two weeks at a gathering with friends [I would break up with him near the end, when people are leaving.] He has contacted me by phone, and I am desperate to avoid him - I'm really not into him anymore. But should I just break up with him over phone? Or drag it on until the gathering and do it in person? [I hear in person is the best way, and most fair, to break up with a guy.]

Basically I want to set up a referal program where if someone refers someone to me and they buy, I reward the person who referred them. My original idea was going to be, I made cards that explained the program and inclosed my business cards and the person who refers the clients to me would write their name and number on the back of the card and if the person who bought presented me with it, I would reward the referrer with a $25 cash bonus. Apparently that is illegal and called "birddogging" and I want to know if there is a way around it. Please help!

I ask this because I used to have two friends who my cat HATED. She would cower in the corner and hiss and spit whenever they were over at my house, regardless of if they came near her. She wasn't much of a people cat, but she didn't act this way around any of my other friends. Neither of these two people are my friend anymore. Was this my cat's way of saying, neither of these people are a good fit in my owner's life?

Has this ever happened with anyone else?

1. I was on "the 5-year plan" so I don't really identify as much with this class.
2. The web site for the university says there will hardly be a dozen people there from my class, let alone anyone I knew.
3. It will cost me some $300 to go and I'm not rich.
4. In fact, I'm more interested in seeing faculty... Couldn't I do that at a less expensive time?
5. I can only think of ONE person I remember from that class, but that one person might be worth it because he could make me laugh my hinnie off... He made Rolling Stone's News of the Weird at least twice if not three times (MUMS, largest college performance of the Rocky Horror Picture Show, and roadtrip quest to visit every Dennys in America)! Only I don't think he will be there...
6. I did come up with the name for their mascot though (didn't make the change happen - just named it), so I feel a little guilty...
