in my oppinion i think you should do your hair and wear makeup and if you have your ears pearced wear hoops oh yeah and flirt with him

Don't waste your time on him. If he really likes you, he won't care about the other girl. I've spent way too much time myself chasing guys that weren't that interested. Spend your time finding the guy that wants to chase you.

Be bold and go up and talk to him. Don't dress or act like like a ho. Be yourself and have a winning smile. Eye contact always helps.

Flirt, flirt, flirt. Touch his arm when you're talking to him, giggle at his lame-*** jokes, make and hold eye contact, touch your lips as you're talking to him. These are all ways to make him feel that you are into him....showing him where you would like to be touched, etc.
Just remember, that he may not have the same feelings for you that you have for him. Let him be himself........
