This is taken directly from the website I've listed as the source:
"Mouthwash and Alcohol
What are the side effects/dangers of drinking mouthwash containing alcohol?
Mouthwash, when used appropriately, is used to kill bacteria that cause bad breath and gingivitis. Ethanol is the most common form of alcohol contained in mouthwash.
Can you get drunk off of mouthwash with alcohol?
The simple answer: yes. Drinking mouthwash with a high level of alcohol can cause side-effects consistent with being drunk. While many types of mouthwashes contain low amounts of alcohol, some may contain up to 27% ethanol. This is a very high amount when considering most beer and malt beverages contain between 3-5% alcohol.
What are the side effects?
The side effects of drinking ethanol-based mouthwash vary depending on the alcohol potency and the amount of mouthwash ingested. Symptoms can include any of the following: collapse, convulsions, excessive sweating and thirst, slurred speech, inability to control motor functions, deep breathing, slowed respirations, nausea or vomiting, abdominal pains, dizziness, and/or drowsiness. Many mouthwashes have been denatured. That is, they have been chemically changed by adding other ingredients to make the mouthwash undrinkable. This may not stop some people from drinking mouthwash, if they are desperate enough.
In case of an emergency, call poison control and seek emergency medical care immediately. For more information, go to: Mouthwash Overdose

Most mouthwash contains flouride. Consuming flouride in amounts such as what is contained in toothpaste and mouthwashes can be extremely dangerous. Flouride can bind to the calcium in your bones and can actually eat holes in your bone causing severe damage and flouride poisoning among other problems.
You should either contact posion control or take the bottle to the ER and seek medical attention.

mouthwash had floride in it, which is very poisionous in large amounts.
You need to call poison control or 911 right away to ask them what to do.
You can also drink a lot of milk or water to help dilute the poison. But get to a DR. soon!

Well first of all, you will have good smelling breath for a little while. But more than likely, you will either get drunk or very sick if you consumed alot.
