Are these programmes supposed tp stop or at least control spy ware. I have a anti-spy ware but i keep getting the same one in every time i turn on my computer, its called Pipas-A. is anyone else being annoyed by this particluar cookie?

I got myperiod about two weeks ago and it only lasted 4 days and today i went to the bathroom and i wiped myself and there was like light pinkish blood, i dont know why i got that i shouldnt begetting my period until july 4. Does anyone know why this is happening.
