My man and i were together 10 years and the night it happened we were fighting over him hanging out with the guy.I told him instead of hanging out with the guy,who'd been talking crap about me,that he should be confronting him instead.But my man had his own way of handling stuff,and that kinda bothered me ya know.Next thing i know,not 3 hours later,my man's there at dudes house,just gotten there i guess.He was killed in such a violent and tragic way,and i can't help but think what if i was why he was trhere.The dude said it was an accident,but i don't know if i believe that or not.I kinda feel like what if he was there cuz of what we were arguing about?

Yesterday my mother was at Dunkin Donuts (coffee shop for those who don't live in New England). The man in front of her was trying to order a meal (a saugage egg and cheese sandwich) but he couldn't speak English. The woman working finally figured out what he wanted, but when he got it he said it was wrong, "no meat" as he said. That was what he ordered and even repeated it to the woman. My mother told him that, and told him that if he can't speak English than he shouldn't be living in this country. I agree, but it's not something I would say to someone. Do you think she was right in saying that to him?

In the front passenger seat, i grabbed the keys out when the driver was starting the car [i have keys in right hand]. The driver attacks me with fists [counterd/grabbed his left fist with my right]. Driver attacks with right fist; pummeling. [my right holds onto keys and his left, my left struggles with his right]

I have xperience in chinna joint locking/controlling and a style similar to judo. so im ok with close quarters. however inside a car was a little too close. can anyone give any advice or tequnique ideas?

a little while ago my whole body went numb, like when your feet are asleep. It started with my arms, then went up to my neck and face then down to my legs and feet. It lasted for like a week and a half. has this happened to anyone else on here, what was it and what should I do if it happens again?

Many came for a noble cause. In these poorer countries, good, honest doctors are hard to come by, and even harder to afford. Many only want to save the lives of their dying loved ones. These people work long hours and do back-breaking work for a very inadequate salary. To get here, they have to pay large sums of money, and risk their lives. I know I wouldn't want to have to do that to enjoy the opportunities that I have. I don't understand why they can't be considered refugees. I know that not everybody that has migrated to the US has come for these reasons, but many have. Oh, and America makes it very hard for the latinos to immigrat legally. About a couple hours ago, my girlfriend wants a sleep-over at my house (i think that she is just saying that cause she has a big crush on me. She went to my house for my 17th birthday party that was why she came to visit me) then after everyone left she asked me to have sex with her in my bedroom or at her house then i said can i please think about it, then she said ok she will give me 24 hrs to think about it. I fear, as I have recently experienced, that making exceptions to freedom of speech only serves to erode the protections it affords citizens.

Freedom of speech should mean the freedom to say ANYTHING you damn well please to!

It should be your actions that are judged, NOT what you say!

All Americans that tell me this nonsense about how America is more free than other countries clearly have been living in a hole for a long time or ignorant of what MOST other countries allow. It's people like you that allow the freedoms in this country to be wittled away...

When you start allowing the authorities to make exceptions, then you had better realize how restricted your free speech really is.

You probably will when you make a joke and have the authorities come down, start an investigation and legal action against you...

When i was younger i was hiding in a very small closet so small that you had to sit down in it to fit. anyways, i opened the doors to get out and there was a nail sticking out of the top of it and it went completely into my forehead. Spent the night in the hospital and had to get 30 stitches.
