My man and i were together 10 years and the night it happened we were fighting over him hanging out with the guy.I told him instead of hanging out with the guy, who'd been talking crap about me,that he should be confronting him instead. But my man had his own way of handling stuff, and that kinda bothered me ya know.Next thing i know, not 3 hours later,my man's there at dudes house, just gotten there i guess. He was killed in such a violent and tragic way,and i can't help but think what if i was why he was trhere. The dude said it was an accident, but i don't know if i believe that or not.I kinda feel like what if he was there cuz of what we were arguing about?

STOP BLAMING YOURSELF !!!!!!! Your man knew what he was doing and you can not think it was what you said earlier that made him go over to the other guys house..
He may have one over just to talk and it escalated into something worse....The best thing to do for yourself is to 1. Not blame yourself, 2. Remember your man and the good times you had 3. Cry because you are going to 4. Please don't dwell on the what ifs because you will only make your self crazy...If you continue to think about it get some help.....Go to a therapist they will help ...Good Luck
I am sorry for your loss

Well first off your story is so confusing it is hard to answer. But what I got from this story is some guy was saying **** about you and you told your boyfriend? And the boyfriend went to talk to the guy? And ultimately got murdered in the course?

Well #1, if you were a witness to any aspect of this then you don't have a choice in rather you will go to court or not. The Homicide Investigator will site you as a witness and the DA will sepeona you as a witness. So that is a fact.

And your sob story about rather what if I hadn't told him would he be there or not is bullshit! You know perfectly well why your boyfriend went there! Because you told him of whatever transpired.

Your conscious must be eating you up! And well it should! You will be a witness for the prosecution no doubt! And if you are having conversations with the accussed then you are in violation of witness/suspect laws.

I would venture to say that drugs is an issue and from the disarray of your question you are either high or questionably so.

The death of your boyfriend is unfortunate, and was probally avoidable. Better judgment and clearer thinking and a sober state of mind would probally have given him life beyond these circumstances.

So go to court and give witness to your actions and knowledge as best you can recall.

How was he killed? In what tragic way...You can't just tell us some of the story and leave us hanging. We need the whole thing to give you a real answer.
