It depends on the politician. Since you're in Philosophy, the thing you have to ask is, if they have morals, do they follow them? That's a little convoluded.
I know that question makes you think because the same can be asked of soliders fighting in war. If they are Christians and truly follow Christ, how can they kill without any feeling and come back to the US and be the same Christians like they were before?
So to answer your question: there's not really a right or wrong answer. I'm sure everyone has some sort of morals that they have been taught, but whether or not they follow them in their personal and professional life is up for grabs.

i think some politicians, the new ones, go in with morals, but they r quickly destroyed when they start adding up the dollars. =(

No, I think it is a requirement upon entering office that you rid yourself of that pesky morality.

They are humans....yes they have morals. Morals can have different interpretations. Good morals to you might be bad to another.

They have morals, they just put it aside when it comes to their work so it's like they don't follow them.
