I live in an apartment that's not very safe so I don't want to go walking, I just had a baby 2 1/2 months ago and I'm breastfeeding. Can anyone give me advice to lose weight? Maybe some workout moves that are afective that I can do in my living room. Or any foods I can eat that is safe for my baby.

I notice that their are several people out their that don't understand how to get close to God, or to understand the bible.

In the bible something that help me in my beginning walk with Christ Jesus was this simple saying that is in the bible...

I am proof it works, cause the bible was a lot of words that made KNOW since to me at all...

But I was told to pray for God to help you understand what you are reading, pray that you get the true meaning of the Word of God, and

Knock and the door will be open? Seek and you fill find, Ask and you shall recieve, only if you believe and have faith...


If you don't understand the bible, have you ask God to help you?

Have you ever sat down and thought about what we are doing in Iraq? Yes I support the American troops 100%. I agree that Sadam should be taken out of power and put in jail. I don't however believe that we should fource our form of government on these people. Do a majority of the Iraquis want democracy or is it the monority? Pushing a form of government is like pushing your religion on them. Do you think it is the right thing to do if they don't want it? Would you like someone to come here and change your religion because they believe in theirs and not yours?

I have asked around and the doctor says definatly not before she is 2 (my daughter is 19months) yet other people say I should have started already. whenever somebody is having problems in their life or they go to jail they turn to religion for forgivness like its a free pass? and why is it that when somebody asks a question about something they have done with somebody, they are pounced on by religiouse freaks who smack their wrist and shun them for what they have done instead of helping the poor person out?

I mean what if you weren't raised right? And sought acceptance instead of approval? What if your life was void of consequence? What if you never had to go to church? Or felt pain that would make you a kinder soul? What if tragedy changed your perception? Or chance occasion? What if you were born amongst sinners and couldn't avoid who you've become?
