Hi! Can somebody please tell me what the difference is between these two sentences:

1, She can't have told him yet
2, She couldn't have told him yet
and
3, The door can't have been locked.
4, The door couldn't have been locked.

I am abandoned by my man from Australia,I am so sad and angry.But I want to know the reason,he said he would love me.I don't know what is wrong with him.But because of the visa,I cannot fly from china to melbourne ,Australia.who can help me?I just want to stay there for two days,so that i can talk with him in person.I want to be crazy now.I really love him,now I even want to die.I am so so so sad.PLease help me go there legal,just few days it is enough.I beg you all!!!
