When people are commenting on my appearance (as is the case with my 360 friends), I much prefer the little white lies to the bald-faced truth (that I actually look like 150 miles of bad road).
On the important issues, I much prefer stark reality to fantasy. Tell me exactly what happened as soon as it happened, and don't sugarcoat it for me. Bad news, unlike fine cheese, does not improve with age!

depends on which side of the situation im on, doesnt it?
if im askin u a question id like the truth even if it means ill use a lot by it bcos identifying a lie is not easy and u get to spend all ur life wondering whether it was a lie whereas identifying truth is easier.
if ur askin me a question... i might just prefer a lie.

Truth is abstract...a person's perception of reality is based on personal experiences....but honesty has the potential to build character, encourage growth, and provoke thought. Lies have no value.

The truth, for it shall set you free. Lying is just such a pety way to live one's life. While the truth can be stranger than fiction, at least it really happened.

i like the truth better but if a small lie can do a great noble thing for a person then i'll go with the lie.

its like Do you see half glass full or half glass empty ...its your perspective to some people lies seems to be truth and to some truth seems to be lies can't help we are humans :-)
