What type of bed (hard/medium/soft) is best for a side sleeper. I have a memory foam and it helps but I still wake up very tired and hurting. Also I have went through many pillows looking for a good one but have yet to find one that works. I have tried the foam pillow, $90 down pillow and a $5 walmart pillow. I sleep with a pillow between my knees. I just want a good night sleep. Help!

For 30 years I never had a problem. I had taken a antihistomine pill before driving from Washington to NYC. This pill made me jumpy and at Baltimore I was unable to keep the car on the highway. I went from automatic to manual as a driver. I left the car in Baltimore and took a train home. Since then my highway problem has gotten worse and worse. I am seeking a way to overcome this. I want to drive on highways and get rid of this fear. I will consider retaing an expert if one exists. Any advice is appreciated.

I know how much he wants to overcome this, but he can't seem to sleigh his latenight binging demons...even when he is not hungry. I know how much he starts to hate himself...we are so close and so in love...but the worse it gets, the more he keeps it all locked up. In result, he starts not liking himself, won't want to go anywhere, do anything except stay home and eat (he is a great cook) and watch tv. Going on dates is hard for us b/c he gets so stressed out in public. I have tried various forms of helping him; everything from tough love to blind support of his choices to setting a good example to asking him to pray with our preacher. I know what a fight this is for him...What is my role in helping him be who he wants to be? I am so in love with him...but how can I not get frustrated at the life I have had to quit living (dates, nights out, outdoor activities, etc) b/c he is trying to hide? (And yes, I have tried going out all on my own. It just makes him feel worse)

I got into a small accident the other day, I rear-ended somebody but it was just like a tap and there was no dent or scratch on her car.
I was behind her at a red light where you're allowed to do right on red. She like edged forward like she was gonna go but then stopped and I had starting moving too and did not stop in time. I felt the bump, but like I said, there was no damage at all to her car, or mine.
But she called the cops anyway.
So anyway there is a a court date in about a month. If the lady doesn't show then I get my license back and that's that.
But I'm worried that she will show and make up some lie about how there is damage to her car.

So anyway my question is what exactly can she do to me? Like sue me or just make my insurance go up?
If she claims that I damaged her car would the judge just make my insurance pay, or do they actually check it out to make sure that she's telling the truth?
....And if she doesn't show at court will my insurance still go up?
