My first language is Japanese. let me ask a question of English.

What is the difference of the meanings bet:
I admitted that I was frightened by the ghost. AND
I admitted that I had been frightened by the ghost.

I know Be P.P and Have(Had) been P.P but I want to know the difference of those meanings.

This is the first time I had highlights done on my hair, I don't really like them because I have to get it done again. What do you recommend I do next, retouch or die all one color? Will the highlights show through that one color? Do I have to bleach all my hair to do it? Please help!

My mom and dad are going on vacation to Mexico. I have a 9 month old daughter. My parents are wanting to take her with them but since my baby can talk we need help on know what we need to do so my parents can take her legally without any problems. I was wondering if there are any forms that I need to fill out and sign or what government agency do I need to call.
