Brushing 2-3 times a day is not bad for your teeth. It is what's recommended. Just make sure you are using a soft-bristled toothbrush. Brushing with hard or medium bristles is what is bad for your teeth and gums. Brush gently and do not scrub your teeth with a death grip on the brush. Brushing too hard can cause enamel erosion, sensitivity, and gum recession.

ha,ha--too much "Bushing" would definitely be bad for your teeth, and everything else. LOL :D

I've heard that too much brushing can take off some of the enamel--but who knows where or when. I would call a dentist and ask about it.

dentists recommend brushing after every meal. Enamel wears off on its own, just like staining. You aren't brushing too much. But if you want to skip and afternoon brushing you can use a good mouthwash.

Enamel does not regenerate. Demineralized enamel can be restored with fluoride. Once its gone, you may have sensitivity

Depends on how hard you brush. If you're using a soft toothbrush and not really rubbing hard, it's not damaging, and actually helps your gums to stay healthy. But, you can overdo it.

With a normal toothbrush you haven't problems.

Just with an iron toothbrush or if you are the mum of Superman can be any problem
