Spray with cleaner, put in washing bags or stocking, and wash. Don't put in dryer unless it's on "fluff" - heat will deteriorate the rubber parts.

Remove the laces and put them in with a few towels so they don't get beaten up too badly. Let them air dry. Dpending on the quality fo the shoe, this should only be done a few times. I wear cheap shoes to work and can only wash them once, after that the soles start falling apart.

I usually take out the laces and toss them into the front load washer. I don't like to dry them in the dryer, though. The soles get melted.

Just throw them in there! I always leave mine out to dry, they shrink a little if I put them in the dryer. Just lay them soles up on a vent, and they will dry within a couple hours.
