Now that summer is here I won't be using honey very often. Too hot for tea! I have found that if it is not used within a certain amount of time it starts to crystallize. Any suggestions?

When honey crystallizes, just fill a medium sauce pan or large bowl with very hot water, put in you honey jar, and the crystals will melt. Just let it sit for a while.

if it crystalizes, just put the jar or bottle in a pan of water on the stove, and heat it on low heat for 15 minutes. it will go back to normal. honey doesnt go bad, it has natural anti biotics in it.
