the company where i presently work is planning on closing the business & establish a new one, meaning new company name but the nature of business is d same. some of my co workers will be paid separation for their lenght of services, thus some of us will be absorbed to d new company. i need to know if the company must also pay us a separtion for our services on the closed (old) company even if we'll be absorbed on d new company. Legal advise please....

It's Summer vacation for me and I don't wanna waste time just sitting around. I want to sit down and read some tutorlais on how to do things I don't know about. The thing is, I don't HAVE to do this, so it makes it hard to actually go through with it. I mean I really WANT to learn new things, but I lack the motivation. Anyone have any suggestions?

I love to read and do so often and all the time. However, lately I have found it hard to find any books that really spark my interest. Does anyone have any suggestions that coud help me? I love fantasy, but will read almost anything. I have read almost all of the well-known classics, everything by Anne Rice, Agatha Christie, Robin McKinley, and all sorts of other others. 2 days ago while I was travelling by a bus --a guy sat next to me. We talked for a while.While talking he was staring at my mouth and suddenly he started kissing me passionately. It was sudden and for moments I didn't understand what was going but then I enjoyed drinking his spit and mucus. I got down in the next stop.
But now I am feeling that I want to meet him again. But I was so fulfilled that I forgot to ask his name and address. I just want him to be my friend and enjoy casual kissing and casual friendly sex.

For the past 3 months my head has felt really weird and it has the feeling has become almost a constant all day now. Its not painful at all almost like a tingly feeling on my brain and I am worried. What is this, is this normal for my head to be feeling so goofy? I don't feel any different besides this, my intelligence hasn't gone anywhere. Im a healthy male 21 145 lbs otherwise? please help? I just broke with my boyfriend for 5yrs last November bcoz he admitted that he is cheatting on me, then last January he said that he wants me back and he already broke up with her so I gave him another chance but last February I found out that he is still with the girl so I broke up with him again... And now he is starting to call me and send me text messages again. He told me that he wants to tell me something important so I talk to him, then he told me that he still loves me and someday when tha time is right he is going to break up with his current girlfriend and that he is going to marry me...
