It appears that this is the 2nd subject under boredom I have encountered. Apparently, many Americans are suffering from sheer boredom...probably perhaps it is due to the modern convenience of technology that has allow us to become lazy and less sociable....leaving us feeling isolated with a lack of things to do. Chores take less time to complete than back in the days...and in the past people relied on each other for entertainment NOT the television, internet, movie, etc.......And it seem that these days you need money to keep yourself busy even if it means to sign yourself up for sporting activities, clubbing, etc.

Boredom seem to be a symptom of modern day society.

Put it under the "Desperate Need For Human Contact" category with an emphasis on grammer errors, typos, and excessive use of LOL and emphasis marks. The sad part is I bet you're a smoking hot girl (or mildly retarded)... TOODLES!!!!!!! LOL

No. Boredness is not a sickness but rather a state of mind.

You cannot die from being bored. You could fall asleep or find something to do eventually but you cannot die. Trust me on this. I know from experience. I came through and I am still alive.

I don't think you can die of boredom. However, retirement is the #1 killer of retirees. Which means that the fact they have no purpose for life anymore, therefore their body stops working. So, you can die of boredom, if your life has no purpose anymore.

How old are you honey? I can overlook typos but it appears as if you may overcome boredom by learning how to spell and if you overcome your boredom you may not worry about dying.
