I went to the e.r. not long ago with bad stomach pains and was told I have 1 possibly 2 stds and PID. Im not sure how to tell the guy im with I got an std? What do I do? Should I tell him?

I know i just posted a question on depression and what I should. But I decided to explain my situation a little bit better. I'm in a situation where someone told me to not get too attached to something, and i did. The consequence of this whole event is what I have to deal with at the moment. I feel like crap all the time. It has gotten to the point where, i can't stand school anymore. I've skipped a whole entire day of class. Now-a-days i skip now and then, but i want to every day to sleep in and not do anything all day. Obviously my friends don't understand, and some don't care and there are even that have no idea. I drown my feelings and emotions with alcohol during the weekends and nobody notices. What can i do. Is there anybody out there that understand?

This one really bugs me. I get accused of being a spiritual materialist because my questioning if crystals have an effect on the body from a physics point of view.
The nervous system communicates in frequencies and there are frequencies in crystals. So wouldn't it make sense that they have an effect on the nervous system somewhere along the line? Or at least in a proportion of people.
My mineral dealer told me once that the vibrations are on a quantum level and the machinery needed to measure it is just not freely available to the enthusiast. So what's the deal?
Myself i hold amethyst over fresh bruises (my nan thought me that) and it seems to contain the bruise and reduces the size of the area that is sore. It also prevents the bruise from eventually turning all colours of the rainbow as it fades. This is tried and tested since i am very good at walking into the kitchen gate at home.
Any enlightened physicists like to share some thoughts with me on the subject?

Why is it that I allow my family and my BF to continuously belittle or demean me? When they get upset about something they turn it on me and always call me "stupid"! I try to let it roll off my back, so to speak, but if I am that intelligent it shouldn't hurt right? Well it does. How can I stop these people from being verbally abusive?
