you can check all their activities. Just go to History and see the history. There in history you can find the visited websites by you or you children or teenagers.
These visited websites are saved in the CACHE Memory of the computer. If your children haven't cleared the CACHE Memory then you can trap them in the History of any Web Browser.

Unfortunately, kids are very smart and usually know about this. But, if you open up Internet Explorer and under the view menu. View history. The sidebar that opens up shows u your recent history of websites visited on your computer. You can also search "Temporary Internet Files" on your computer. In that folder it shows a more confusing list of websites viewed.

Put a splitter on the computer and attach another in another part of the house and watch. If you know how to use the administrator tools then you can set the computer to record every site they visit and they can not erase it if they don't have the password.

You can go to the temp internet files and you can look up the cookies or get some spy ware and you can see what they are doing.
If you have to check up on them like that though you should be standing over them and watching them with what they do.
If you go to your internet settings you can block sites that you don't want them to get on or sites that have a certain level of obsinity.
