Start with your simplist checks. Do you have any burnt fuses that have to do with your engine performance? Is your battery and altinator working properly? Are your battery cables making a good strong connection to the battery? Is it attempting to start but won't turn over, or when you turn the key its dead? We need more info.

is the fuel pump supplying fuel?
injectors?
do you have spark?
timing belt?
any codes in the ecm?
