My mother (who is 78) has found herself a boyfriend. He is (only!) 64. Now while i am happy that she has found some company for herself this chap comes across as too nice. Mum has already mentioned moving him in with her but i am worried he has ulterior motives. I am not worried he is going to hurt her physically , but more emotionally. My mum is fairly well off whilst this chap (as far as i can make out) has no income par for a small work pension. No people i am not worried about my inheritance (we are doing ok) i am worried about my mum getting "diddled" how would other people approach this?

just got news few minutes ago that a very closed friend left for another country.He told me that he is leaving but i did not expect it to be so soon.i,m feeling so bad bec he did call me last night but i was very busy i could not reach to my phone.we are very, concidered ourselfs as bestfriends but the thing that i feel bad about is that i never got to told him how i really feel about him.i have no contact with him now,he said he,ll leave all is info before he leave.i,m just wondering why he left so quick and if only i pick up my phone or if only i called back.i cannot explain myself.is there maybe another way to get hold of him

I'm easily getting frustrated to some small stuff, and easily give up when things getting a mess. It makes me don't feel like wanna going on....i just lack of strength, motive and spirit to live my life. I feel like its a burden to live everday...

We've got women in the workplace, although there's still a wage gap. Many women are saying it's too much and choosing to stay home... Men are starting to take a more active role in the home, but slowly and selectively.

What is our goal from here and how do we reach it? Do we focus on the wage gap, on child care, on valuing traditional women's roles, work/life balance? How does feminism treat women who now choose to be full time mothers?

Of course I realize that's about 10 questions, not just one... :-)

Hi, I'm an LAPD cop trapped in a runaway train with a female hostage whom I am unexpectedly attracted to. Unfortunately, the mad bomber (whom I have already eliminated) has placed a ticking bomb attached to a vest she's now wearing.*
Okay, I was just kidding. But my question is: if this was the scenario, how do I go about defusing a human bomb? I want actual bomb squad procedures, so no nonsensical answers, please. How do REAL bomb defusers go about dismantling a live explosive?

we had a good relation from past 8 months.but knw he has changed.ignores me.rudely talks.if i ask him he have no answer..he is always finding one or other fault in me.sometime about my looks.he says me u r crazy and u r sick.i cried in front of him but it doesnt matters to him .but i love him a lot. and already i ahve sacrifised myself for him.i dont knw wat to do.if i break up i feel i am flirt and i am hurting him.And if i continue my self respect is getting harm and i feel like tortured.i am suffering from past 2 months.

They have the most ridiculous shows on, Date My Mom (which is a bunch of actors, no one acts like that in real life) That show where gils and boys can go thru underwear drawers before they date ( no one does that either). This show hates Republicans and at every chance they get they bas Bush, blame him for everything. Is MTV so desperate or getting paid off by the Democratic National Committe that they insult the intelligence of our Children? Why are they still on the air? When is enough going to be enough?
