Well, I'm not gonna tell you to "read this book", or tell you some quote that "changed my life". From experience, think therapy might give you some answers you're looking for. When everyday life seems to bogg you down, there are professionals that can give you some "tools" to use, when you just can't get out of your funk. Therapy is very healthy and it gives you a different perspective on life or whatever ills you. Hang in there. And as the saying goes"You're not alone"

Look in the yellow pages and see if there are any Social Service Agencies in your area. If there are give them a call and make an appointment with a counseler. A lot of these agencies are free or of very little cost. Let a trained professional assess your situation and give you suggestions on how to proceed. It sounds like you may suffer from some form of depression-all you may need is someone to talk to!! Good luck to you and God bless.

You need to see your doctor who can refer you to a counselor, psychologist or any other mental health professional who can give you the help you need. This sounds like a typical depression because depression can affect every aspect of your life and therefore can make you frustrated or make you have a lack of strength.

I know the feeling - I think we all experience it at some point. My doctor says that depression is hereditary and that you don't have to have a specific reason for feeling that way. It is probably a chemical imbalance. Tell your doctor exactly how you feel. He can prescribe something to make you feel better! It doesn't have to be a psychiatrist - unless you feel like there is a deeper problem - your regular medical doctor can help you. The sooner you go, the sooner you will begin to feel better!
