I have working experience of the administration assistant for more than 4 years. In the past 3 years, I held the post of administration assistant in ING CO.LTD.I am good at office application, ex. word, excel, power point, As400.., and so on. I also have sale experience of the assistant for 3 month. Because I decide to move back to Kaohsiung.

In my previous job, I have assisted my co-workers in job related duties, and learnt how to deal with customers and how to interactions with co-workers. I am a detail oriented when it comes to my work. I take pride in my work; and, I am very responsible.

小弟我算是英文的初學者，程度並不是很好，當我最近在閱讀英文文章時，我發現了一個問題，問題如下，煩請各位大大可以給我一個詳細的解答嗎？

我的問題是詞性關於關副、關代、疑問代名詞、疑問副詞，在句中辨別有下例幾例
(1)Tell me when you can come.(when在句中是關副引導名子還是疑問詞引導的Ｎ子句 ）（回答時請附上差別、原因、中文解釋之差別）

(2)That is why I don't like him.(同(1)句的問題，只是多加一個例句）


綜上所說，感覺上關副（A)、關代(B)、疑問副詞(C)、疑問代名詞(D)，在間接問句中或者是在沒有前述詞的句構中（也就是說ABCD所引導的子句中只能是名子或副子;例如（2)句）很難去判斷究竟是ABCD那一個去帶出子句？該怎麼辨斷？感覺很像耶EX:上述(1)when 好像是關副又好像是疑副EX(2)why好像是關副又好像是疑副？

這是我的問題，有點攏統，但我已經盡量的去表達我心中的問題了，煩請各位大大不吝賜教！謝謝！

台灣外海的島嶼＂連江縣＂　到底是屬於中華民國的還是屬於中國的？

因為連江縣有些學校的首頁是寫＂福建省＂連江縣立ＸＸ國民小學

跟據我爬文的結果得知＂中華民國＂下有台灣省及福建省２省，但是台灣省不是已經凍省沒有省長一職了嗎，福建省呢？

還是說中華民國下只有台灣一省，那連江縣屬於福建省的話那不就代表連江現不屬於中華民國，而是屬於中國的？

但是縣市長選舉連江縣明明也是跟著選連江縣長？
