I will be traveling with a couple of my friends, we were wanting to drive. We were thinking about going to a beach, or somewhere where there would be a lot of girls and plenty of partying. I want to take a trip from Pennsylvania to Utah and was hoping to avoid having to check on road construction state-by-state. I could go either I-80 or I-70 - the distance is very close. The deciding factor is the level of road construction en route. Would appreciate some help!
