Yellowstone would definitely be the highlight of a trip to this part of the US. Cheyenne, WY is not much except during Frontier Days which is held every July. Helena, MT is a beautiful city with lots of nice places to eat and a great B&B (The Barrister). Also home to the Helena Cathedral which is magnificent even while empty. My wife and I attended a Sunday service which was really something. Bozeman, MT is nice also but more suburban than Helena. No matter where you go there will be natural beauty to enjoy.
