We're always in a hurry to get some where. Maybe because we're always running late. Maybe because we've been stuck forever in construction and now that we're finally out we need a release. Maybe we've been behind a moron doing 20 mph under for the last several miles and are finally able to get around him.

Everyone is intoo much of a hurry and usually do not allow themselves enough time to get where they need to be. Some people are just plain reckless.
