Is The Bronx, NY, the same place as Bronxville, NY? I know the name would suggest they're connected but I'm not sure. Thanks. =)

I am about to book the bubba & bean b&b between 101 & 102 lexington avenue as it looks really nice but I am a bit concerned about the area. Is there much to do at night & is it safe? Also can anyone tell me if it is close enough to central new york for shopping etc.

We are going to New York City and we wanted to go see Hairspray. We also want to do a lot of other things, so we are getting the cheapest tickets which are 75 dollars. IT shows that we are in the back corner in the last row of the theater. Is this that bad of a seat? The theater is pretty small, so are there any bad seats? Is it a waste to spend $75 on those seats?

I'm trying to find the easiest route from Manhattan to Teaneck New Jersey. Either By Train Or Bus. Like from 42nd Street Times Square. Does anyone know? I would really apreciate the help.
