Anyone have any tips on where the best Places to hang out are? (Bars, Clubs etc) Not tourist stuff but Fun Stuff (Single Traveller)

Why is it that evry where I go i always see these black and white Gorilla stickers posted on Stop signs?

Please tell me what it is, because where ever i go i always find them on diffrent signs. I really want to know what they are for!

Ok, so I have talked to a lot of people about my desire to move out to LA, but everyone tells me the people out on southern California (especially LA) are really materialistic. Now, I have heard of the stereotype about people from SoCal, but I never really thought it was true, but everyone seems to think so. Is this true? LA, for all its glamour and wealth, seems like its also a city full of all types of people, rich and poor, black and white, etc...which has made me always sort of dismiss the stereotype as applying to maybe like 10 percent of the population out there. Anybody have any general ideas about people in LA and southern California? I know that not all people fit one description, but is materialism really that obvious?

i want to be near:
-a beach
-clubs
-a really good mall

-safe place. maybe not very in danger with natural disasters

i dont want a place with like really expensive homes but u can still get a fab house, kinda like homes in texas. but yea

oh and i don't care where in the united states. i chose los angeles because theu require all the categories filled

1) What the easiest way but cheap to go to Anaheim from LA Airport. Is it by airport bus to central busstop, then take taxi to Anaheim or any other way...please advise...

I live in North Orange County about 4 miles away from the beach and will be going to Lake Arrowhead this weekend to visit friends and want to know how different the weather will be during the day and at night so I pack the appropriate clothes for me and my 20 month old daughter.
