Unless you have family willing to sponsor you, you would do best if you have some skill that is greatly in demand and lacking in this country. The problem is that in a country this size, that is rare. The same is probably true in Canada. Nearly thirty years ago I spent two years working there, because they needed people in my profession. By now they have plenty of trained Canadians, and no longer have to bring in outsiders.

Well first you need to get a work visa and get someone to sponsor you so you can come here to the USA. Im trying to help my friend in the Philippines get over here because she wants to work too.

Unless you have connections, you can always fly here and stay to work. Washing dishes etc.
