I plan to be in Vegas in January and I was told that since it's too cold (in the middle of a southwestern desert?) most of the pools would be closed. Will any be open?

Looking for airfare, hotel and some show tickets together if possible

Also, wondering best way to get show tickets if they weren’t in my package…I would be traveling in March, at non-peak time (Monday-Thursday)

I am planning a trip to vegas looked at all the sites and think Circus Circus is my best be or El Cortez as far as cheap rooms. Wondering if Vegas still has those cheap rooms outside the nice interior of the hotels such as Stardust didn't the rooms use to be 19 bucks a night in some of those places? Need a v egas native or a really penny pinching gambler to let me in on any other places I can look into on staying at.Don't care about the ammenities just need a place to crash while there. I am going to Vegas for the weekend next week and i have no idea what to do! I have never been on a trip like this and i know its going to be a blast but im a little nerveous, I dont know all the girls that well and I havent been to vegas since i turned 21. What is there to do there for fun besides gamble? I am only taking like $200 so it has to be kinda cheap and lots of fun!! and also what should i pack??? do i take clubbing clothes or are regular jeans and flip flops ok to wear?

I am going to Vegas this Tuesday night with my family for one night only. We are coming back the next day. However, I do not want to sleep. What is there for me to do between 12 am and 7 am. I know the casinos are open but I am not a gambler. Not really into clubs either.

Can anyone suggest reasonable yet decent hotels in Vegas in the downtown or strip area. About 6 of us are traveling there for the 1st time and would like to have a good time. Any sites you know of that will give good rates. Any good shows, etc.

My husband and I are going to Vegas next summer. What are some good shows. We were there 2 years ago and HATED blue man group....we plan to go to the Sopranos Last Supper and Tournament of Kings, but I want to see another show that is going to be a good VEGAS show. Also, something that isn't so expensive too.

I actually live in Las Vegas and the Strip is very um.... cheesy. This place is very polluted and has crappy schools and the people drive way over the speed limit. For instance, I was on the freeway where the speed limit is 65 MPH everyone was going like 80-110!!!! I really don't like this place!!!
