I live in a really nice neighborhood but it is very new and still being developed. We feel like we are out in the desert but love the atmosphere. We have a three bedroom condo and it cost $300k. They are renting for around $1200 a month. Just depends on a lot of factors. Figure around $100k per bedroom for rough figures. New construction or old is a big factor. Good time to buy though .. a lot of deals.

Out right here (rural eastern King County, WA) you will possibly in basic terms pay 800-900 for a staggering sized abode with an acre or 2... yet you isn't on the threshold of something. For a house interior the city, city, or suburb with a backyard, 1400-1700 minimum. regularly closer to 2000 and it in basic terms is going up from there. Housing is definitely inflated interior the greater desirable Seattle/Eastside section, even nevertheless the fee to purchase isn't undesirable (while in comparison with what it replaced into formerly the housing bubble burst), hire remains severe. Even the dumps are high priced. you are able to no longer hire a storage in an surprising portion of Seattle or Bellevue without bleeding funds.

in las vegas, there really is no average.
also, depending on where you're from you might have a different idea of what describes a condo. here, a condo is an apt that you own. just that. apartment. most apartment complexes in nice areas are apts to start, and then once they fill up they convert to condos. of course there are nicer, larger condos, loft style condos, etc.. but that price just keeps going up depending on what you want. I mean heck if money doesn't matter you could move into one of the Condos in the district for a mere 2mil. thats a nice area. the best thing to do is decide what type of housing you want, high rise, small scale, two story, one story, and what are you want to be in summerlin, green valley/henderson, are my suggestions for nice area. also west of the 215 is nicer, and has a lot of new development. you'll notice the 215/515/95 make a circle. you're best bet is to live outside of it just as a general guide. of course there are still nice neighborhoods inside of it but without knowing the area, this is really helpful. you can get condo, apt, and housing rates from LOTS of sites.. rent.com, realtor.com craigslist.org these will give you a good idea of what you'll pay for what you're looking for.
