Please save Circus Circus!!! My kids and children's favorite place is Circus Circus in Las Vegas. They will worry if Circus Circus will shut down. They will get very angry to say where rides park in Las Vegas. They said they want to kill themselves if Las Vegas shut down Circus Circus.

How much more usually would I need to pay if I ask for a room facing the strip upon check in? I'm heading over in mid-December, staying at Monte Carlo and was thinking of asking for a room facing the street, any ideas?

my fiancee wants to go to vegas for her birthday. its supposed to be her and her sisters going. but to me, i just dont think we can afford it. especially if you want to gamble. Maybe im just being cheap. but i hate the idea of gambling. i mean you already spent money with the hotel and air fare. now you have to eat and shop. then on top of that, gambling your money away. i just dont see the fun in that. lets be honest. even though they are other things to do. i know my girl. she is going to want to gamble. why not go to new york and go shopping? at least you will have something to show for your money spent.

also, if the casino bans you and you are staying at their hotel, does that mean you have to leave the hotel too? or just the casino area? i'm a little concerned because the blackjack pitbosses and personel have their eye on me, since i play using a money management system, with no card counting at all. however, sometimes the bet can vary from 5 to 50 and that's what gets their attention. btw i win, slowly, but still win.

Was the marquee imploded or saved (maybe sent to the Boneyard). Also, as a follow up, what about the Sands sign that was on the hotel itself?

Hi

I am from the UK and am going to Las Vegas in a couple of days.

I aware that in the USA ID is required for buying alcohol. The problem is I have lost my Driving Licence and dont want to carry my passport around on a night out, can anyone advise me of other forms of ID they will accept?

Is Vegas quite strict about ID and would I be asked in every bar/hotel? I am 27 and look my age, will I actually need any need ID??

I would really appriciate any guidance.
Many Thanks :-)

We don't want to pack our cocktail supplies in our luggage. We are staying at Bally's and we aren't renting a car. Would need to be in safe walking distance for 50 YO ladies. I don't think Walgreens or CVS sell alcohol.

Well, I won a trip to Vegas and I'm just wondering what to do, since I'm underage. I've already been to Vegas a couple times and I've seen many shows, and I plan to attend one or two, but for my other nights, are there like, good party spots or such?

My boyfriend and I will be going to Vegas for four days in the middle of December and we wanted to know if there are any special events going on or some fun free things to do (yeah, we are kinda running low on funds, but we booked the vacation 3 months ago). Any ideas?

thanks.

Me and my friend are going to Vegas (4 days vacation), and we have to go to Aspen after that (to work).
By airplane we're going to spend $130 each to go to denver plus we have to rent a car to go to aspen.
I was searching at mapquest.com and it says it's gonna take 9 hours by car, which is ok because we will save a lot of money.

The problem is, I'm not sure how the roads are, so do you think it's ok to go by car?!
Did you ever try or do you know somebody that did?
It's gonna be in December. (I don't know about the traffic)

Thank you very much!
