4 days is enough esp if you dont gamble. The strip is far longer than anyone realises so you have to do it in bits or your feet'll drop off! You can also see a few night displays that the hotels do and see it all lit up at night!

Las Vegas is just a city that's anything for anyone so discover it with hotelbye . Las Vegas is a city with good attractions and one particular may be the famous Las Vegas Strip; where tourists can like a walk in the hot desert evening, or take a stroll downtown and view a stunning light reveal that spans an entire street, the Fremont Street Experience. Guests also can get a glimpse of wonderful world famous re-creations like erupting volcanoes, the Eiffel Tower and the Sphinx of Egypt in front of the different accommodations and casinos. Las Vegas is just a town that continually reinvents itself, therefore even if you have now been here before you will never run out of enjoyment items to do.

I think it all depends on whether you are into gambling or not! I've been to Vegas 3 times now. The first time, I was 18, took one look at it and shipped out on the next greyhound. The 2nd time was a couple of years ago, when I spent 3 days with the family there. Apart from a bit of gambling, after 3 days we'd seen all the sights of Vegas (including the visit out to Hoover Dam) and had had enough. My last time was on a company get-together for 3 days, where we did the tour of all the hotels, went to a show, gambled and generally had fun. 3 days was enough!

Are you a drinker/partier? If so what time are you planning on waking up? 1, 2, 5pm?? If you plan on sleeping in while there then try to not drink atleast one night so you can wake up bright and early to see some of Vegas.

Need a little more info...

But if you are like some people who do not drink (me). I think 4 days is plenty. Don't get me wrong I do love to hit the clubs but I can not do that 3 nights in a row. You can see every casino on the strip in one day. Freemont - downtown Vegas can take about 3-4 hours to see a good part of it. highly suggest you go in the evening to see the great light shows.

Goodluck and have fun.

It depends on what you want to do. Just to see the strip without actually doing anything could take a full day. The basic stuff like seeing the Fountains at Bellagio and going on the Stratosphere could add some more time. I personally go for the magic shows. There are a dozen different magic shows, so it would take days just to see all of them. There are also concerts, comedy shows, and other shows. There's also gambling. Four days is enough just to get excited about coming back a second time.

Enjoy the fountains of the Bellagio, take a gondola ride at the Venetian, see the lions at the MGM. Take in the mind boggling buffet at the Bellagio. See a Las Vegas show, there are half price tickets at ticket2night on the strip close to the Coke bottle.

Enjoy the swimming pool at your hotel. Get in a workout. Read the book you have been waiting to read.

4 days sounds about right.

If you are taking any kids ( my daughter was 14 ) 4 days is way too long. It is not a place for kids at all no matter what the brochures say. If it is just 2 of you and you dont intend to gamble i would push it to 2-3 days taking in a couple of (very expensive) shows then leave and head for California or Arizona.

I find that 4-5 days is optimum. I've spent anything from 36 hours to 8 days in Vegas on various trips. 36 hours is obviously too little, but by 8 days, if you're not broke, you're run ragged. Because Vegas is truly a 24 hour city, I find that I don't want to stop - I want to see and do EVERYTHING!

Four days is perfect. Plenty of time to see the sights during the day, gamble in the evening and hit the shows and clubs at night (plan on being nocturnal if your really want to get your $$ worth).

Three days is too short; you find yourself rushing and missing things. Five days is just too long.

4 days is more than enough, I'm good with 3 days. If you don't gamble, you may want to make Red Rock Canyon or Hoover Dam one of your side trips. Have fun!!!
