also, if the casino bans you and you are staying at their hotel, does that mean you have to leave the hotel too? or just the casino area? i'm a little concerned because the blackjack pitbosses and personel have their eye on me, since i play using a money management system, with no card counting at all. however, sometimes the bet can vary from 5 to 50 and that's what gets their attention. btw i win, slowly, but still win.

actually they have no business keeping an eye on me if i am not card counting. i do know they have the right to refuse business for whatever reason, but if it's not for counting cards it'd be ridiculous

sounds like and actually being card counting are two totally different things. please don't get them confused. i could turn my back to the table until my turn comes, make my bets, then turn around again and still turn in a profit from what i use. not alot of people know about my money management system, which is a downfall and cause confusion

smiley please don't tell me information i already mention and understand. you were the one implying it sounded like card counting, that's why i added it. don't assume i'm not winning either, you are not near or with me when i am playing. i understand if the casino suspects of anything they have the right, just like any private business. btw, i went to the same casino today and it was mainly because i accidently hit a hard 17. couple that with my money management, the viola.

There's lots of casinos in Vegas. Why not just go to another? Unless your on the "Black List"...and if you were you would know it!!!!

If you are banned, you are banned. They must have a reason to suspect you of doing something. Your "management" system sounds like card counting. Players will increase their bets when the deck is favorable for them, lower when it is not.

The way you are betting is drawing attention to you.

FYI, casinos love to share information on questionable players. They have the right to refuse to let you play, stay or even enter their property. It is private property. Hotels are part of their property.

Good luck.

OK, with your added information. Let's try this again, If you are suspected of "cheating" doesn't mean you are cheating. They don't need any proof, they can ask you to leave and ban you. BTW, your system isn't new. People have tried it many times and still have lost everything. The odds are always in the house favor. It's their business to make sure they are.

They are watching you because they suspect you of wrong doing. Trying to tilt the odds into your favor. They have the right to stop you. Period!

When you are banned from a casino, it's forever. If you are a guest at the hotel you are asked to check out. Since card counting is not illegal, the worst they can do is ask you to take your play elsewhere. It's very difficult to get banned from a casino - but if you meet a member of the Nevada gaming board, you might wanna leave town, kay?

I'm guessing they mean never when they ban you from a casino. When they ban you they are telling you do not come back.
