This site has an up to date list of promotion codes for Las Vegas hotels.

From this site you can access every LV hotel web site

Since you're asking for PC's, I take it you are looking for a good deal(value). Sunday through Thursday will save you a lot of money over Friday/Saturday. Avoiding the NFR(National Finals Rodeo 12/6-15) will save you some $$.

IMO these LV hotels are "generally" the best value

"Add details" to your Q, tell me a little more about what you're looking for, amenities, price range, location, what nights you need, etc?

Look at various conventions that will be occuring in Vegas then. Goto the host of the conventions website and they often book deals with local hotels, and will have a convention code on their website. I've used this method several times and never even been part of a convention. Have fun in Vegas and have a great birthday.

See if you know anyone who owns a timeshare where you can get a getaway. They will know what that is.
