I know someone who is continuing to drive his girlfriends car unaided to and from work everyday WITHOUT a licence.

I know it's illigal but just wondered is there anywhere I can report this?

I believe it is irresponsible and he could be endangering lives!

I'm in the UK.

Can you smoke in pubs, restaurants, the mall, the cinema, patios, hotels, casinos, bingo halls, etc.

Just want to get a comparison on the type of restrictions we have here compared with the restrictions in Britain.

Thank you for your time!

It's near the Northern Ireland coast and in the vicinity of the Mull of Intyre. As it is obscure and unknown to me, my imagination paints exotic scenes of fishing villages where Gaelic is still spoken, etc. The less known, the more exotic and romantic, but it wouldn't diminish the mystery merely to know the name of the island.

The UK includes Scotland, N. Ireland, Wales and England! but whenever an American celebrity for example is asked, "do you like the UK?", they say "oh yeah i love England!" Er hello, your kind of alienating a few other countries their! Expand your horizons a little and see some other parts of the UK...

If I were to move to London, what are some of the up and coming neighborhoods that would be worth moving to? By "up and coming", I mean neighborhoods that in the past no one would go near, but is now just turning the corner to being a nice place to live- but with the rent still at a "reasonable" level.

I guess I maybe talking about places where many artists and musicians live, etc.

Thanks
